With 17 locations across Colorado and California they were looking to expand their delivery, take-out and dine in revenues. We believed there was an opporunity to leverage its customer database to re-activate dormat customers and to identify new potential customers for specific locations.

Approach

  • Developed a robust direct mail strategy designed to acquire new Patixs customers and to re-activate dormant customers
  • Developed a data warehouse to better understand lifetime value of customer
  • Built an email capture program to drive consumer growth
  • Develop necessary reporting

  • Launched a successful Direct Mail program in 2017 generating an ROI of 180% while re-activating dormant past customer
  • Generated a positive ROI while acquiring new customers for multiple Patxis locations
  • Doubled the size of the Patxis email filed by launching a structured email capture and conversion program
